Where traditional craftsmanship meets geological permanence.
This is not a quick print. It is a slow, deliberate integration of precious metals and ceramic glaze.
The Process:
We create individual screens for every colour in your design.
These ceramic transfers are applied by hand, smoothing the decal
over the curve of bone china.
The Firing:
Fired at 800°C for 12 hours. At this temperature, the glaze opens
up and swallows the pigment. The print becomes part of the mug,
not just sitting on top of it.
The Gilding:
We use 22ct Gold or Platinum lustre, hand-painted rims or handles.
A second firing ensures the metal bonds permanently to the
surface.
